Alter Eco is based on the idea that food is essential to life itself, and more specifically, clean, wholesome food, healthy, yet delicious food that can improve anybody’s life. The company’s mission is metamorphosis through ethical relationships with small-scale farmers, as well as an inner sustainability orientation at every area of the supply chain management. Alter Eco was created more than 10 years ago by co-founders Edouard Roller and Mathieu Senard (in the US), Tristan lecomte (in France) and Ilse Keijzer (in Australia).
